- Proof of age (ID, birth certificate, or school records) is required due to age requirements for kits. You can send proof via email or provide it at pickup.
- You will have 7 days from the day of notification to arrange the pickup.
- Due to high demand, if you do not arrange pickup within 14 days, we will move on to the next person on the waiting list.
