Raphael R. Muhammad, a dedicated and passionate educator, brings a wealth of experience and a heart full of compassion to his role as Vice President of Youngpreneur Academy. His career is marked by a deep commitment to supporting and uplifting students, particularly those with behavioral, mental, social, and emotional challenges.

Raphael has worked extensively in the field of education, starting as a Special Education Dept. staff member in Prince George’s County Public Schools, where he assisted special needs students in improving their social and educational skills. He continued his journey in various educational roles, including a Group Coordinator at Knowledge University and Central Avenue Elementary, where he planned and coordinated daily activities for Pre-K to 6th-grade students, including those with special needs.

Most recently, Raphael served as a Behavior Coach/Student Liaison and ESE EBD Teacher at Central Avenue Elementary in Osceola County, FL. In these roles, he has built strong relationships with students, teaching them techniques to manage their behaviors and improve their daily interactions. His dedication to rehabilitating and teaching students helped them navigate their emotional and behavioral challenges, significantly improving their academic performance and personal development.

Raphael’s extensive experience extends beyond education. He has worked in various roles, including Protective Service Officer at Top of the Clock Security & Protection, Youth Counselor at Sickle Cell Association of America, and Sales Agent at SRJ Family Insurance. His diverse background demonstrates his versatility and commitment to community service.
